Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Winter Quarter 2026 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Winter 2026 tuition and fees and authorized financial aid have been assessed.  Please refer to the "New Total Balance" in your statement as this is what you will owe for Winter Quarter.  If you have a negative balance, you have a credit on your account and you do not owe anything.  If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, Sunday December 15, 2025, to avoid being dropped from your Winter Quarter Classes. 
    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is February 26, 2026. Any Graduate Student with a balance after February 26, 2026, will be canceled from their future term.
     
  • Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering Office will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving Holidays.
Office Hours and Online Resources
  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  During the Summer, Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed to the public on Fridays.  We are still available by telephone and email. 

  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
