  3. IT Express Supports Dual Authentication: To help with onboarding and maintenance of our dual authentication security system, custom documentation and tutorials will be provided. In addition, IT Express support will be provided to resolve any issues and help with DUO installation.
Here you will find installation instructions for DUO Authentication.
  4. Rapid Data Onboarding Hub (RDOH): The Rapid Data Onboarding Hub is available for our partners for quick and secure data onboarding.
Here you will find a more in-depth look at RDOH.

Rapid Data Onboarding Hub

Rapid Data Onboarding Hub (RDOH) uses a single secure process that lets us to quickly and securely upload Partner data into our Tableau environment, allowing us to produce results faster

How it works

  1. Our partners format their locally hosted data into a Tableau-friendly format.
  2. We coordinate the transfer of a copy of the partner data (refreshed at an agreed upon interval) using RDOH.
  3. With the use of Tableau, the IA team works together with the partner to develop a Tableau dashboard to partner specifications.
  4. The dashboard is finalized after initial review by our partner audience and is available on AggieDash.

Please visit our Partner Program page for more information about working as a partner.
