The 2018 Form W-2 will be available on or before January 31, 2019.  

UC Davis employees are encouraged to receive their W-2 tax form electronically through the University’s At Your Service Online (AYSO) website.  Those who choose this convenient and secure online delivery method prior to 12/31/18, will receive an email from UC Davis announcing the availability of the 2018 W-2.
