Plan File Manager is no longer open for FY22–23 Budget planning. The system is currently being prepared for FY2022-23 budget planning, and Plan Files will open for editing on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.

Plan File Manager utility was available to Plan File Managers 2/22/22–3/11/22 for the FY22–23 budget cycle.

PFM tips: If you use account groups in your planning, this year you will need to check them to see what has changed now that COFI has been implemented. This will be important if you set up your account groups according to fund categories, as recommended in AggieBudget. As a reminder, you can access Plan File Manager in the web client using the navigation menu at the upper left of your AggieBudget screen (next to the tool icon). Help is available in the system Help Documents, accessible from the AggieBudget home page quick links; you will find the Plan File Manager Job Aid and the training slide deck there.
