A. The Late Fee will be waived only for the following reasons:

Contact the Registrar’s office at (530) 752-3639 to appeal the late fee.
Q. How can I waive the health insurance?

Please see SHIP Waiver guidelines for info. Otherwise, please contact the Cowell Student Health Center at (530) 752-2612.
