IMPORTANT 1098-T Information
Your 2013 1098-T statement is available now online at 1098T If you received an email from Tax Credit Reporting Service (TCRS) regarding your 2013 1098-T, the email is legit. The University of California has contracted with the Tax Credit Reporting Service (TCRS) to electronically produce your IRS Form 1098-T Tuition Statement.



Important Information
If you registered late or still have current or prior term debt, you must be prepared to make full payments by the Final Fee Payment Deadline of April 11, 2014. If your account balance including your late fees are not paid in full you will be dropped from your classes. If you are participating in Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) your second installment is due by April 15, 2014. Estimated Financial Aid on your statement was applied to your outstanding balance on March 21, 2014. Refund checks will be available on March 27, 2014. Student Accounting and Cashier's Office will be closed March 28, 2014 in observance of Cesar Chavez Holiday.



Direct Deposit

Payments made to students, through Banner, are eligible for direct deposit service. Interested students can sign-up for this service online at http://directdeposit.ucdavis.edu, using their UCD Login ID and Kerberos password.

Payment Notifications

All notifications to direct deposit recipients are made via e-mail. When the direct deposit participant establishes the service, they are asked to provide an e-mail address. Any changes made to their service, or payments made to their account, will generate an e-mail notification. Participants can sign up without an e-mail address, but they will not receive any notifications; therefore, it is strongly recommended that an e-mail address be provided.

Payment notifications do not contain any sensitive information. Notifications of payment will simply direct the participant to login to the web site, http://directdeposit.ucdavis.edu, to get the details of the transaction. Note: There will be no printed payment confirmation (such as the SurePay statement) sent to the recipient.

Note: Student Refund direct deposit enrollments will automatically expire 365 days after the last account activity. The student will need to re-enroll in order to continue to receive direct deposit.
