Winter Quarter 2015 Registration begins on November 3, 2014. In order to avoid a hold being placed on your account, please make sure all outstanding balances are paid by November 15, 2014. If you have a registration hold on your account, your ability to register will be suspended until your balance is paid. To view your current holds, please visit https://myucdavis.ucdavis.edu. All graduate students who still have a remaining balance after 11/20/14 will be cancelled out of their future term (Winter 2015) and a $110 late fee will be assessed to their accounts.
MyBill will be unavailable on November 7, 2014 from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM CT. They will be performing routine maintenance on the system.
Direct DepositPayments made to students, through Banner, are eligible for direct deposit service. Interested students can sign-up for this service online at http://directdeposit.ucdavis.edu, using their UCD Login ID and Kerberos password.
Payment NotificationsAll notifications to direct deposit recipients are made via e-mail. When the direct deposit participant establishes the service, they are asked to provide an e-mail address. Any changes made to their service, or payments made to their account, will generate an e-mail notification. Participants can sign up without an e-mail address, but they will not receive any notifications; therefore, it is strongly recommended that an e-mail address be provided. Payment notifications do not contain any sensitive information. Notifications of payment will simply direct the participant to login to the web site, http://directdeposit.ucdavis.edu, to get the details of the transaction. Note: There will be no printed payment confirmation (such as the SurePay statement) sent to the recipient. Note: Student Refund direct deposit enrollments will automatically expire 365 days after the last account activity. The student will need to re-enroll in order to continue to receive direct deposit.
